Big Chill Week

Show your support of our Winter Athletes by coming to a home game! It takes a lot of hard work, determination, and grit to compete in a winter sport and manage classwork! We invite parents to come out, connect with others in our community, and cheer on the Green Knights! As an extra incentive, students can get into the dedicated "Big Chill" game FREE if they bring a parent. And students can be entered into a gift card raffle if you dress up according to the team's chosen theme with a bonus ticket if your parent dresses up too. 

Here's the schedule:

• CANCELLED - Tuesday, 1/23 - Boys' Prep Hockey vs Bishop's College - 7:15pm at Cairns Arena, dress theme: wear green
• Wednesday, 1/24 - Girls' Ice Hockey vs. Missisquoi Valley Union High School - 5:15 at Cairns Arena, dress theme: Rice Gear or Green!
• Thursday, 1/25 - Boys' Basketball vs South Burlington, 7pm, Rice, dress theme: Black out
• CANCELLED - Friday, 1/26 - Girls' Basketball vs Saranac - 6pm, Rice, dress theme: White out
• Saturday, 1/27 - Boys' Varsity Hockey vs. Burr & Burton - 12pm at Cairns Arena, dress theme: Rice Jersey, Rice Gear, or something GREEN!
• Saturday, 1/27 - Indoor Track State Championship at UVM - 9am start (expected best time to see a Rice runner: 10:30-12:30) dress theme: Black out

• Saturday, 2/17 - Girls Prep Hockey - East Coast Wizards - 10:45am at Cairns Arena
