On October 11th, the Rice girls' golf team claimed their first ever state championship with a team score of 190 at the Williston Golf Club. Taylor Moulton was the medalist for Division II with a score of 87. Grace Marroquin and Lily Collins both carded a 103 and Josie Chauvin finished with a 122 to round out the scores for the Green Knights. The team score of 190 placed the girls' three strokes better than the top Division I school. Excellent play ladies and congratulations on your great accomplishment!
