Girls' Indoor Track Takes Home DII State Title

The Ladies Indoor track team finished out the season by winning the D2 State Championship this past Saturday. All the ladies on the team scored points during the meet outpacing their nearest competitors by 38 points.

They were led by the dynamic sophomore duo of Elizabeth Cunningham and Evey Slavik.  Elizabeth placed first in the 600, 1000, 1500 and was a member of the winning 4x400 team, while Evey took second in the 600, 1000,1500 and was a member of the winning 4x400 team.

The 4x200 relay team also captured a first place finish.  Those athletes were Alle LeDuc, Clara Hershey, Liliana Conoscenti and Ella Byers.
