Friday, 3/7: 8am-12:40pm We're excited to host our second annual Mental Health Awareness Day. During this day, students will get a chance to choose from 15 exciting workshops, all focused on mental health and wellness and will have some fun surprises along the way. Many workshops will be hosted by Rice faculty and staff, and some will also have guest presenters from outside the community. Some workshops will be activity-based, and some will provide interactive discussions and presentations on relevant wellness topics.
Students will be dismissed at 12:40 pm that day and encouraged to do something on their own for the rest of the day to boost their own positive mental health.
