Winter Commuting!

With winter quickly approaching and commutes more likely to be impacted, we want to review procedures to ensure safety. Rice serves a very large geographic area of 34 sending towns, and we recognize not all commutes during or immediately following inclement weather will be impacted the same. As a school, we try to make the best decisions based on the largest number of students and families affected. Should school be opened or delayed on a day where your location has been impacted, simply call to let us know if your commute will be delayed or let us know if you cannot make it to school and we will excuse such tardies and absences accordingly.
