Jerry Bretton

Assistant Coach

Coach Jerry began as an Assistant Coach for the JV & Varsity programs in 2021. As he enters his third year with Rice Boys Soccer, he will be taking the helm as the Head JV Coach. He will continue to assist in developing players in the Varsity program. Coach Jerry has coached youth athletics for many years in multiple sports and brings with him an incredibly positive outlook on player development. Coach Jerry is a former New Hampshire high school all state soccer player. He played Division I & II soccer and Division II Rugby. He earned his B.A. in Journalism at Keene State College. He continues to be active in various adult soccer and baseball leagues in the greater Burlington area.

Coach Jerry has been a Loan Advisor for Credit Human Federal Credit Union for the past 12 years. He is a father of two boys, one attending Rice and the other, a freshman at Regis College in Massachusetts. He is also supported by his lovely wife, Vera.
