Mr. Devin Collins joined Rice Memorial High School’s Social Studies Department in 2014, however he was not a new face to the school. Mr. Collins did his student teaching here at Rice, with Mrs. Conroy, in 2009 after he graduated from Norwich University with his degree in History. He also coached the JV Lacrosse team for the 2009 and 2010 seasons and cannot wait to return to the field once his schedule allows. He also currently holds the Director of Education position at Sylvan Learning Center of Chittenden County.
