Sometimes it’s easier to talk parent-to-parent. We invite parents of prospective students to come meet some of our current Rice families, ask them questions, and get candid answers about their experiences. They've all made the decision to send their student(s) to Rice and they’ll tell you honestly why they made that choice, what they weighed, and what their students have experienced. Many of them had the same questions you do, they will give you straight answers in a no-pressure setting. (Scroll down to see who will be there and what you might want to ask them.)
Come mingle, enjoy appetizers, a cash bar, and get an inside look at Rice.
Please RSVP using the form on this page. This event is intended for prospective families, if you've already enrolled your student you're certainly welcome, but we are having a similar event for incoming parents during Step Up Day on 5/16 (we'll have activities for students then too).
